I love this place, I have brought 2 of my children since they were 6 months old and now my oldest son is also undergoing treatment here, I appreciate Maria's patience and the good service and attention of Becky and everyone in general.

This is the dentist to go to if you would like to be surrounded by happy, friendly folks who always seem to have a smile on their face. They are always concerned with how I'm doing no matter what I'm having done from X-rays to implant prep work.These same comments apply to Dr. Faiz who clearly explains what he will be doing. I am a dentist. I have worked for a large insurance company providing in office reviews and inspections for 15 years. Dr Faiz was always at the top of my list of practices for quality care, accurate diagnosis, workmanship, sterilization, record keeping, and ethics ( professsional honesty), so when my personal friend and dentist retired, I switched to Dr Faiz. I needed a crown and he DELIVERED!Painlessly quick, and at a more than fair fee. I checked his preparation of my tooth and impression.......In dental school he would have received an A!I strongly recommend and endorse Dr. Allen Faiz. He is honest, compassionate, humble, and a highly skilled clinician. Please note: his newest staff member has been with him 8 years (Maria) and Becky at the front desk for forever...LOL. When a business keeps employees it is because they and the customer are treated fairly, and with respect. Recently I had some intensive dental work including two root canals. Needless to say I was very nervous, and scared. I think Dr Faiz has a unique sense in that he feels the apprehension a patient is feeling. He has such a soothing demeanor and can quickly make a patient feel at ease. Within a couple of minutes i felt I was in good hands and was able to relax and let the good Doctor do his job. Best dentist I ever been to (and I'm 74 years old). I highly recommend him. The staff is great too!!

My dentist for over 15 years retired so I was looking for a new dentist, the few I did go to suggest I need to get lots of things done with estimate cost of $4k plus then someone suggested I should see Allen Faiz and I did apparently from his from desk staff to his nurses and the dentist himself made me feel like they know me for a long time and I felt so comfortable going to his practice in Carrollton and best of all there is no push to get anything done that is not absolutely necessary plus they also accept Medicare advantage insurance. My only regret is that no one recommended or suggested Dr Faiz to me any sooner. I have recommended quite a few family members and friends and they have had positive feed back and very happy with their services. Thank you to each and every team member at the clinic.

I want to give the biggest thank you to Dr.Faiz and crew. They are the best in the business.I would like to start off saying I have a fobia of the dentist. I cry, shake and yes sometimes I have passed out in the chair from fear. Dr.Faiz and team made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I was able to get all of my dental work done easily.Now, I have both of my kids coming to see the team for Orthodontics. My husband and father in law come to Dr. Faiz as well.Not only is this easy Dentistry, they are priced well, and flexible with making appointments.The staff is AMAZING!! They remember your name and always greet you with a smile.This is a safe and friendly environment, that I have and will continue to recommend to friends and family.
